Order Cancellation Request
Customers can request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team via email or phone.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation request is received before the order is dispatched.
Cancellation After Dispatch
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, customers may follow the return policy after receiving the product.
Customized or Made-to-Order Products
Orders for customized, special-order, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once the production process has started.
Refund Process
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
