Chiller or Cooler/ Refrigerater
A Chiller is a refrigeration unit used to cool and maintain products at low temperatures above freezing point, typically between 0°C to 5°C, to preserve freshness and prevent spoilage. Chillers are widely used in restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, bakeries, hospitals, laboratories, and food processing units. They are designed to store perishable items such as vegetables, fruits, dairy products, beverages, cooked food, and raw materials. The system works using a refrigeration cycle that removes heat from the storage compartment and maintains a consistent internal temperature.
